Wilhelm provided Construction Manager services for this five-story parking garage and site improvements at the 16 Tech Campus on the northwest side of Indianapolis.

The 5-level parking structure will provide a long-term parking solution for the 50-acre district. The garage features 655 parking spaces while accommodating the possibility of a future horizontal expansion to increase capacity in upwards of 975 parking spaces. The façade of the garage was also designed to fit in visually with the aesthetic of the overall masterplan and has been designed and detailed include a future artistic façade element at a later date.
