The new 4th street parking garage in Downtown Bloomington is a true leader in parking structures with more energy efficiency than parking structures of the past. Wilhelm served as the Construction Manager as constructor for the project, which includes decommissioning of the former 4th street garage, strategic planning of the new garage, and construction of the new facility.
Preconstruction services included budgeting through design phases, value enhancement and constructability reviews, along with schedule, quality, and safety planning.
