Midtown Plaza revitalizes Carmel’s old industrial area, creating a hub of entertainment, urban living, and commerce, connecting adjacent districts. Allied Solutions, a financial securities firm founded in 1978 and headquartered in Carmel, needed a new headquarters reflecting their transformed company culture. Their new five-story office building, also housing FC Tucker Realty, features open concept spaces, spectacular views, conference rooms with adjustable walls, and social hubs with amenities like ping pong and golf simulators. Located in Midtown Carmel, it has direct access to the Monon Trail. Coordination with adjacent property owners and the connected parking structure’s builder was crucial. Wilhelm self-performed concrete, structural steel, and masonry for this project.
