Wilhelm completed this 380,000 SF post-tension parking garage project, providing 1,200 parking spaces along with two elevator towers and a bridge connecting to the hospital. This new facility supports St. Vincent’s expanding healthcare needs.

Wilhelm handled all aspects of the project’s execution, including concrete work, structural excavations, masonry, flooring, and structural steel fabrication and erection. The parking garage’s design features upgraded elements that integrate seamlessly with the hospital campus aesthetic. Architectural fins on the North and West elevations display the Ascension logo across three stories, with programmable lights for customizable color displays. The South and East facades feature undulating perforated metal panels that allow natural light during the day and illuminate at night.
