Civic Square Parking Garage

This project featured a cast-in-place, post-tensioned parking garage with a brick facade. Spanning three floors and covering 101,593 SF, the garage accommodates 303 parking spaces. It is equipped with 50 electric vehicle chargers, a solar canopy, and one elevator.
Additionally, the project included an aqua swirl, a water quality unit designed to separate solids and prevent contamination from entering the sewer system.
