The Indiana University North End Zone addition is a new 138,000 SF facility that transformed Memorial Stadium into a horseshoe layout connecting the east and west stands. The addition contains new football coaching and staff offices, a two-level Hall of Champions banquet facility overlooking the playing field and expanded seating for football games. The addition increased stadium seating capacity to 52,692. In the center of the facility sits a 25,000 SF strength and conditioning center which is utilized by all IU varsity sports. Wilhelm performed structural concrete, site demolition, utilities, limestone cladding, and general construction services.
