Wilhelm initially completed the 2,700,000 SF Indianapolis International Airport (IIA) parking garage in 2008, boasting 5,900 public parking spaces and 1,200 rental spaces. The facility featured advanced amenities such as moving walkways leading to the terminal, ATM-style ticketing kiosks for efficiency, and an electronic mapping system to direct drivers to available parking spots.

The 500,000 SF expansion added 500 public parking spaces and 1,000 rental spaces. The architectural design harmonized perfectly with the existing structure, creating a seamless expansion highlighted by the installation of a solar canopy that spans the entire addition.
