The JW Marriott parking structure connects directly to the JW Marriott hotel, serving not only hotel guests but also providing event parking for nearby facilities such as White River State Park.

Wilhelm served as the concrete and masonry contractor for this comprehensive project. Scope included the slab and foundation package for the underground parking structure, the base foundation, a four-story podium, construction of the 33-story cast-in-place post-tensioned concrete structure, as well as installation of exterior concrete and pavers surrounding the hotel.
