Purdue University officials announced plans for significant facility addition and renovations in 2007. The project consisted of 60,000 SF structural and architectural renovation of the existing arena and a 286,000 SF core and shell expansion. Features included a new lobby and concourse area, training and locker room facilities for athletes, and club rooms for guests. Wilhelm provided excavation, foundations, structural steel, masonry, roofing, and certain wall construction services.
