Midtown Plaza revitalizes Carmel’s old industrial area, creating a hub of entertainment, urban living, and commerce, distinct yet connected to adjacent districts. Wilhelm, in partnership with Old Town Companies and Ambrose Development, developed an 82,000 SF, four-story office building in Midtown Carmel. MJ Insurance relocated its Indianapolis headquarters to a 30,000 SF space within this building, which features a fourth-floor terrace and first-level restaurant and retail space with direct Monon Trail access. Wilhelm, serving as the design-builder, self-performed concrete, structural steel, and masonry, coordinating closely with adjacent property owners and the City of Carmel.
