Founded in 1974 and headquartered in Indianapolis, Republic Airways is a leading regional airline in North America. They were in need of a new Indianapolis headquarters and training facility, consolidating their offices. This multi-phased, Design-Build project involved constructing a 105,000 SF simulator and training facility and converting a former 109-room Hampton Inn into a 274-room lodge for employees and guests, with an updated facade to match the new campus. Wilhelm was involved early in the design process and preconstruction services, including budgeting, estimating, value engineering, material selection, scheduling, and logistics planning.
