This project consisted of the re-imagining of a critical piece of the University of Kentucky’s property. It also progressed the University’s Transportation Master Plan by addressing the needs of students, faculty and staff.

This six-story structure encompasses 903 parking spaces and 15,000 SF of mixed-use space that helped make the campus more accessible. The structure also helps the university’s efforts to create a more innovative space for students, staff, and the community.
