Located in the heart of downtown Carmel, this logistically challenging structure consisted of six levels, 731 parking spaces and a structure to support solar paneling on the roof. Working within the confines of an urbanized downtown area, this design-build team successfully incorporated aesthetics adhering to the City of Carmel requirements. With strict guidelines for public procurement in the City of Carmel, Wilhelm provided transparency throughout the design and budgeting phases of this project.

The exterior precast walls are acid etched to mimic the stucco look of adjacent buildings. Thin brick then clads the precast at street level and at corner stair towers to reduce the building scale and help it better fit into context. Bringing it all together, classical detailing is provided through intricate precast formwork and EIFS cornices.
