Zotec Partners’ new headquarters in Carmel, Indiana, includes a 120,000 SF, five-story office building and a 400-car garage. The five-story office building was designed to promote a collaborative work environment utilizing natural light and expansive views. A five-story parking deck connects to the office via a pedestrian bridge leading into a café. An open stairway, serving as a social hub, connects all five floors, which feature conference rooms, small pantries, social spaces, and a 150-person event space. The main level includes an employee cafeteria with outdoor plaza access, and additional amenities include a lobby, gym, and executive parking.
